This drive will involve the diagnosis and development organization’s process, practices and people and their performance. These will put the organization on the right track of improvement.

This Organizational Excellence drive covers the clarity of Organizational SAMARTEST Goal, Analysis of SWOT, Strategy to elimination of Waste and targeting of the ultimate Organizational profitability.

What exactly we do in this segment :

  1. At stack holder level we had discussed at length and review their past performance and understand their growth potential. We set their long term goal. Develop Strategy to achieve it.
  2. We focus to identify and eliminate the internal obstacles for the Organizational growth.
  3. Total Study of organizational effectiveness and based on develop HR System, Policy and practice and implement in practice. This involves the study of manpower requirement and existing strength of manpower in terms of quantity and quality.
  4. We call the involvement of top managerial personnel to redefine Organizational Goal – Corporate goal. Prepare and analyze the SWOT, create the teams of people to develop, implement and review of efforts to solve hurdles/ problems.
  5. We develop and implement the performance based rewards mechanism for the staff and in which all individual employee have their KRA which add value in the growth of organization. It will be discussed decided and reviewed periodically face to face. On the based on review the necessary actions will be taken.
  6. On Going performance and motivational System will be developed and implemented for the workers.
  7. The process study of each department will be reviewed and necessary purification and up gradation will be developed and implemented.
  8. We develop the strategy to enhance the competency of people we will be mapping their competence Identifying their development need, potential for growth and accordingly the inputs will be provided to train, coach and reallocating their roles and responsibilities.

In short in this process we are not going to left out any single activity where we can improve.
